Description: Live Music Bar JET is a privately-owned and operated, no-frills, “first come…”, Mom & Pop-style, live music facility in Okinawa City, Japan.

Bar JET Hours: Friday & Saturday nights 8:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.

ENTERTAINMENT: Ryukyu Island rock band JET

Music Genre: Vintage/classic rock (mainly mid-60’s through mid-80’s cover songs) with occasional original tunes

Band Hours:

1st Stage: 8:30 p.m. – 9:10 p.m.
2nd Stage: 9:30 p.m. – 10:10 p.m.
3rd Stage: 10:30 p.m. – 11:10 p.m.
4th Stage: 11:30 p.m. – 12:10 a.m.
5th Stage: 12:30 a.m. – 1:10 a.m.

For the weekend of Friday 18 and Saturday 19 May, 2007 the usual band line-up will be altered. Mimi will be unavailable for perfomances that week, but the boys promise to continue rockin’ Bar JET with a sound of their own.

So, if you want a chance to see Mimi do her thing before next weekend, make sure you come on out tonight. The band starts the first set at 9:00 p.m. and finishes the last set at 1:40 a.m.
