If you happen to run across an advertisement for Live Music Bar JET in a publication (either on or off-line) that includes a picture of the man on the left as the facility’s owner…it’s WRONG…

We don’t even know who the person is and the photo appears to be from a total different facility. We think the photographer may have confused the Mystery Man with the guy on the right. (That’s a pic of a customer handing Kochan a cigarette.)

There will be several changes in normal operations at Bar JET for this weekend (2 & 3 November 2007).
On Friday (2 November): the regular guitarist for the Ryukyu Island rock band JET (our house band) will be unavailable. Standing-in will be former JET guitarist Kazufumi. If you have never had the opportunity to hear the talented artist, now’s your chance. First set begins at 9:00 p.m. and the last set ends at 1:40 a.m.
On Saturday (3 November): Live Music Bar JET doors will open for regular business around 9:00 p.m. (just a tad bit later than the usual 8:30 p.m.). The first set, with the usual house band members, is scheduled to begin as close to the regular 9:00 p.m. start time as possible and the last set will still end at 1:40 a.m.

***ALSO, we thank all those who enjoy the live performances of the Ryukyu Island rock band JET at Live Music Bar JET. However, we also support proper payment of royalties to songwriters. Public broadcasting of the private videos containing cover songs by those artists works against that effort. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in joining in with the effort of giving credit to those artists who deserve acknowledgment for their hard work by not posting videos containing their copyrighted material.
