Live Music Bar JET has several different types of original memorabilia to help remind you of your visit with us. (Authentic Live Music Bar JET Happiness is: Rock ‘n Roll & Beer goods are only available at the club.)

Original Site Established: 20 October 2000

Located on the infamous Gate 2 Street, near Goya Four Corners in Koza, Live Music Bar JET opens its doors every Friday and Saturday at 8:00 p.m.

Gate 2 Street (just outside Kadena AB Gate 2) offers a wide array of music clubs where most people should be able to find a place that suits their individual tastes.

Live Music Bar JET was established when JET bassist, Taki Furugen, financed, constructed [with the help of Jimmy Ginoza (the original guitarist), Etsu Aguni (the original drummer), Kiyomitsu Kubota (the sound engineer), Gimasan, Keichi Watari, Ikeshirosan, and numerous other lovers of vintage rock music], and opened the bar in 1994. Live Music Bar JET is about vintage rock music and mature-minded people who know how to appreciate and enjoy it without getting into other people’s faces or trying to become the main attraction! Luckily that is the type of customer we normally get at the club. Our customers come from all walks of life and range from parents of service members visiting from stateside to young cola-sipping musicians who want a chance to gain knowledge about rock music through observations of live performances. The bar offers an informal and relaxed atmosphere with outstanding vintage classic rock music and reasonably priced drinks.

As I was doing some web searches, it came to my attention that several websites have begun to use several variations on the Live Music Bar JET Okinawa term for ranking and/or business purposes.
