I was just informed that Bar JET is going to have a guest female musician playing a few Japanese language acoustic songs during one of the breaks tonight. I don’t know her name, only that she is the daughter of the Naha promoter that is going to start producing a remake single of “Tequila Rose” that will feature house band JET drummer Koji (Kochan) and some other new female artist next month. So if you’re in the Gate 2 Street area of Koza (Okinawa City) come check it out. And advanced apologies to our regulars if we happen to be too full tonight due the free music-based club tours that tend to fill-up the club rather quickly during the first set. Good news is the band plays five forty-minute sets starting at 9:00 p.m. breaking at 9:40 and restarting every hour on the hour (10:00, 11:00, etc.). So there is a good chance things will clear enough for you to be able to come and relax comfortably and with breathing space.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
